Restocks Marketplace

Restock is a Y-Combinator backed startup that focuses on helping people buy high demand garments and accessories from retail shops to avoid the need to pay high resale prices. As their business grew, Restocks decided to add a new marketplace feature that allows people to buy and sell garments on the platform.

I was responsible for:

• Design of the end to end experience for both buyers and sellers.
• Entry points to get existing users to start selling their items on Restocks.
• Illustrations to promote the brand new marketplace feature.

Post Purchase Experience

Buyer and sellers can easily communicate through the chat feature. Being able to update the order status (Mark as received, Add tracking number) prevents miscommunication between both parties.

After the buyer receives their item, they have the opportunity to leave a rating based on their experience with the seller.

Buyer and sellers can easily manage and view their listings, balances and action items at a single place.
